Simply send the product back within 30 days and receive store credit towards the purchase of another product. Customers will be responsible for paying for the shipping and handling on returned items. The process is easy, just send back your iten to us and once we receive and confirm the product issue, we will refund the money 100%. Once approved, the refund will be applied via payment used to purchase the product. Please allow 3-5 business days for the transaction to complete.
